Beauty and med spa / Los Angeles
Sempre Viva
The clinic was starting from zero. It didn't even have photos
Sempre Viva is a Los Angeles med spa that opened with an empty account and no clients. We decided how the brand looks and sounds online, then shot everything on its page in one month.

The situation
Starting from zero
The clinic had zero posts, zero followers and zero clients. It had a luxury renovation, branding and expensive equipment, and nobody knew the place existed.
Los Angeles has more than 600 med spas, and about 1,000 new ones open nationwide every year. A clinic with no history interests nobody here. We had a month to make it a place people would trust with their face.
First
The vision came before the camera
We didn't start with a shoot. First we answered who this clinic is in a market with 600 competitors: who it talks to, how it is different and what tone it speaks in. That became the positioning and the social media strategy.
Then we built a visual system on the clinic's brand book, so the account would look like a continuation of the space and not like something separate. Audience research ran alongside, because it decided who to film and what to show. Only then did we go shoot.
The account
What we built, layer by layer
The clinic didn't have a single image of its own. Everything on its account was shot by us, and we built it up in layers.
- 1
Space. Walkthroughs of the clinic. People want to see where they're going, and showing them clears the first barrier to trust.
- 2
Product. Still life of products and equipment, styled by a set designer. It's how people tell cheap from expensive.
- 3
Procedures. Every service, filmed on younger and older models so people recognize themselves and believe the place is for them.
- 4
Expertise. An explainer for every procedure. In medical aesthetics people fear the unknown more than the price, and explaining removes that fear.
- 5
Service. How clients are greeted and consulted. That turns a list of services into a place people come back to.
The content
Every service, filmed on models
The clinic had no clients yet, so we brought in models, younger and older. People have to recognize themselves to believe the place is for them.

The team
Everyone worked at the same time
A project manager, film crew, set designer, models, editors and social media managers worked in parallel, because the clinic was opening right then. It all had to match the owners' investment. Ordinary procedure footage would have cheapened a luxury renovation within a week.

The result
What the clinic had after a month
A month in, the clinic had a full presence online. Its account looks like a continuation of the space, every service on the menu has its own footage and its own explainer, and all of it was shot by us.
Someone who has never heard of Sempre Viva can now see where they are going, what each procedure is and how they will be looked after before they book. The first paying clients came within the same month.
Why it matters
Launching from zero is harder than running an established business for one reason: there is nothing for people to check. Someone hears about the place, opens an empty account, finds no proof it can be trusted and leaves.
So the order is always the same. First decide who you are and how you look, then build the account that shows it, and only then bring people to it.
