Davana Law Firm
A firm its clients love, and an account that said nothing about it
Davana Law Firm is a personal injury firm with 300 five-star Google reviews, but its account looked like every other law firm's. We put the team on camera and told real stories.

The situation
A gap we rarely see
On one side, 300 five-star Google reviews, more than 500 cases and over 2,000 clients since 2017. People don't write about the money they won. They write that the firm found them a rental car while theirs was in the shop, called to ask how they were feeling, and worried about their families as well as their cases.
On the other side, an account where you couldn't see any of it. It was neat and corporate, with no faces in it. The information was there, and the feeling was missing.
The reason
Why law firms all look alike
Law firms are careful on social media, and that makes sense. The subject is injuries and loss, and the wrong tone costs a lot. So the posts use official language, a logo where the faces should be and practice areas where the people should be.
Everyone ends up looking the same. In the feed you can't tell a firm that holds its clients' hands from one that signs them and forgets them.
For Davana this was especially unfair. The firm is named after a plant that symbolizes healing, and its whole philosophy is built around recovery rather than compensation. That is how they really work with people. Their account just never said a word about it.
The team on camera
People who protect people
We put the whole team on camera, the founder and everyone else. In a niche where clients choose a person, a faceless brand loses.

Stories told by the people inside
We switched from listing practice areas to real stories. In one of the most revealing reels, a team member tells how her son was driving through an intersection in Glendale when another driver suddenly turned in front of him. The team secured a payout for the full policy limit. This happened in the family of someone who works at the firm.
We showed cases through the people in them. Every case has someone's life behind it, and that is what makes a story convincing. A list of credentials doesn't work that way.

The results
What the numbers showed
Personal content reached up to 55,800 views. Case videos held steady at 6,000 to 8,000+ views. That is almost an eightfold difference, and it shows what matters: in this niche, people watch the ones who handle the cases more than the cases themselves.
Expert content is still needed, because it confirms competence. Personal stories are what open the door. The reactions changed too: people stopped just watching and started saving, sharing and writing in.

Why it matters
Sometimes marketing's job is to show a brand that already exists. Davana didn't need to create trust: hundreds of cases and 300 reviews had already proven it. Only the content was silent, because it spoke the language of legal services instead of the language of people.
If you have a real advantage, such as a reputation, an approach or a team, and on social media you look like everyone else, the problem is translation. Nobody has put your strength into words your client can read.
We start with one question: what do people already thank you for? The answer is usually in your reviews and in how your staff talks to clients. Our job is to notice it and film it.
