Who can refer?
Anyone who knows a business that needs stronger social media: agency owners, photographers, consultants, current clients, friends. You do not need to be a marketer to make a warm intro.
What counts as a referral?
A business we have not been talking to yet, named by you before our first call with them. If they sign, the client is yours for their whole first year.
When do I get paid?
The first commission goes out once the contract is signed and the client's first payment has cleared. From then on, a share of every monthly payment during their first year, paid after each payment lands.
What is the commission based on?
On what the client actually pays Moloko for our services. Ad budgets and third-party costs stay out of the math.
What if the client pauses or cancels?
Commission follows payments. While they pay, you get paid. If they pause or cancel, the commission pauses with them.
How are the terms set?
One on one with each partner, in writing, before your first intro. The share is the same for everyone; how and when we pay is agreed together.
